Introduction Day 1 October

This Saturday we will gather at the Griftpark for a day full of fun activities. You are all welcome from 12:00 in the park.
Sports will be played so comfy clothes are advised. If it happens to rain we have some inside activities planned, so no worries.
Lunch will be served during the day and in the evening we would like to get dinner together. After dinner we want to go the the city center and get a taste of the best beers in town.

If you can not make it for the entire day please let us know when you want to join so we can take it into account.

The 8th and 15th of September Beat It organizes two Open Club Evening accessable for anyone who wants to try squash!

If you just want to get a taste of the atmosphere or you want to learn how to play squash, you are more than welcome. Please bring your sport clothes and we will provide a squash racket.

Everyone is invited: students, non students, beginners, intermediate and advanced players.
Invite all your friends, roommates, neighbours and whoever wants to join.
The evening starts at 20:00 and continues until 23:00 and afterwards there is always time for a drink in the sport café.
The location of this activity is Sportcentrum Olympos at The Uithof.
No registration needed and the evening is completely free.

Last night we had our final event of the year, the final BBQ! 🙁

Although the weather wasn’t entirely on our side we had a great time at the Cambridgelaan, the UP Rooftop party, Vivian and Oka’s house (yes, some people didn’t want to leave!) and some of us at Tivoli Vredenburg. And the big secret (we thought it was at the time) of the evening was of course that our wonderful new board for 2016-2017 was presented!!

The fun stories, memories made and exciting (or sleepy) adventures made it a great way to cap off a fantastic sporty and gezellig year!

The board would like to wish everyone a fantastic summer holiday and we hope to see you all back in September! If you haven’t filled in the form to say you want to remain a member, please do so here! 🙂
